Delete Your Account
You can delete your SoliloQ account at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Option 1 — In the app (fastest)
- Open SoliloQ on your phone.
- Go to Settings (bottom nav or menu).
- Scroll to Delete Account.
- Confirm the prompt.
Your account, posts, messages you authored, resonances, blocked tags, and device tokens are removed from our database immediately.
Option 2 — By email
If you can't access the app (lost phone, can't sign in, etc.), email us from the address associated with your account:
support@soliloq.app
Include the phrase "Delete my account" in the subject line. Requests are processed within 7 days; we'll confirm by email once done.
What gets deleted
- Your account identifier (opaque Apple/Google sign-in ID)
- All posts you authored
- All messages you sent and received
- All resonances you made
- Your personal settings (blocked tags, font preference, theme, etc.)
- Your FCM push token
What gets retained and for how long
- Encrypted database backups — up to 7 days rolling. Your data rotates out within a week of deletion.
- Anonymized aggregate logs (rate-limit counters, crash diagnostics) — no personal identifiers, retained per vendor defaults (Firebase Crashlytics: 90 days).
